SENIOR CRICKET AT EAST DONCASTER
East Doncaster Cricket Club is home to one of Melbourne’s Inner East’s premier cricket grounds and facilities.
Our main ground, Zerbes Reserve, is a wonderful place for players, spectators, families and supporters to enjoy the game in a strong local club environment.
With a large senior program, turf and synthetic cricket options, a midweek Twenty20 side and veteran cricket opportunities, EDCC provides plenty of ways for players to continue enjoying the sport they love.
Our senior men’s teams compete in one of the premier local cricket competitions, with recent premiership success across the First and Second XI helping build a strong, competitive and welcoming club culture.
Senior Cricket
East Doncaster Cricket Club fields eight senior men’s sides, providing opportunities for players across a range of standards, experience levels and cricket formats.
Turf & Synthetic Cricket
Our senior program includes three sides on turf wickets, four sides on synthetic pitches at local grounds, plus Sunday turf cricket opportunities.
Twenty20 Cricket
EDCC also fields a midweek Twenty20 side, giving players another way to enjoy competitive cricket in a fast, social and exciting format.
Pathway & Culture
With players of all ages across our senior teams, the club provides a strong pathway for juniors to progress and develop in a supportive senior environment.
Training Times
Tuesday and Thursday nights
6.15pm – 8.00pm
Zerbes Reserve
Training provides players with the opportunity to improve their skills, build fitness and become better cricketers throughout the season.
Club Environment
Players and members are encouraged to head upstairs after Thursday training to enjoy dinner, socialise and spend time with teammates.
